Sabine Gaspard is the Founder and Clinical Director of Graceful Comfort Nursing LLC. She has been a licensed Registered Nurse since 2009, bringing over 17 years of diverse clinical experience in acute care, progressive care, and specialized wound management.
Throughout her nursing career, Sabine has provided care for patients with complex medical conditions in Telemetry and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU/Progressive Care Unit) settings. These high-acuity environments have equipped her with advanced skills in patient assessment, clinical monitoring, early recognition of patient deterioration, and multidisciplinary care coordination.
Her experience includes caring for patients with:
Cardiac conditions and arrhythmias requiring continuous telemetry monitoring
Congestive heart failure (CHF)
Acute coronary syndromes and post-cardiac procedures
Respiratory disorders requiring close observation and intervention
Sepsis and other complex medical conditions
Post-surgical patients requiring advanced monitoring and recovery support
Diabetes and chronic disease management
